1735-1796 QIANLONG Qing Chinese Fine Porcelain Tea Caddy Red, White & Gold

  

For your consideration is an outstanding antique Chinese Tea Caddy. Fine white porcelain with enameled ornamentation, gilt accents. Decorated throughout with figural scenes on either side. Original teardrop finialed lid in matching pattern, displaying a waterfront scene. Raised and gilt meander pattern at base.

Tagged on underside with an antique paper tag with a fountain ink marking of the number 2. Part of a collection of Tea Caddies that we came upon. PLEASE SCROLL DOWN THE PAGE FOR MORE PHOTOS! 5.3" high with lid x 2.5" diameter.
