For your consideration is an outstanding antique Chinese Tea Caddy. Decorated throughout with polychrome enamels. Matching wise men scene on either side. Floral cartouches on sides in a scaled Manganese Violet pattern ground. Original top is retained, finialed and ornamented with matching polychrome florals. Inscription on underside from previous museum or gallery. Part of a collection of Tea Caddies that we came upon. PLEASE SCROLL DOWN THE PAGE FOR MORE PHOTOS! 5.8" high with lid x 3.2" x 1.5.

Condition: Please see photos below. Two flakes and a repair at the finial joint on the original top lid. Shallow flake on the side of the arch corner.
