This is a nice Chinese porcelain tea caddy with wooden lid. Height without lid circa 13cm. I believe this item to be dating to the 18th/19th century, perhaps more likely to the 19th century. There is a small chip on one of the corners with hairline running from it almost to the bottom of the side.
There are also some losses on the mouth rim, please see last two photos for these issues. Please check and look at my other Asian items for sale. Please note that I have longer than usual dispatch time due to the fact that this is just a hobby along with my full time job. All items will be dispatched as quickly as possible.
I describe the items as best as I can, however due to the nature of the items - there are old, some very old, it is impossible to describe all scratches or damage there might be. I will always attempt to accurately describe the condition and specifically mention the most significant damage or condition issues along with showing it on photographs. If there will be more serious damage / issues then described / photographed, that will be of course always a legitimate reason for return.Unfortunately I had similar cases in the past. When I will not be certain whether the item is or is not some clever reproduction, items will be marked as "unknown" in the above "Original/Repro" field and described as reproductions.
