ANTIQUE 18thC CHINESE QIANLONG (1736-1795) BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN TEA CADDY

  
The caddy is hand decorated in underglaze blue with a highly detailed mountainous landscape and village scene, including pagodas and other buildings linked by bridges, also various figures and fishing boats. The curved shoulders are equally ornate with mini rocky scenes surrounded by a diaper and floral band and a line of gilding, leading up to a cylindrical neck. As expected, the unglazed base is not marked. Height: 11 or 4 3/8 inches. Width: 7.6 or 3 inches. Depth: 3.9 or 1 1/2 inches. In good antique condition, without any damage or restoration, only wear to the gilding around the shoulders as expected. Please see the images provided which complement this description.
