This beautiful example of late 18th or very early 19th century ceramics is a pot or tea caddy, made in China for export to the European market. Measuring 15.5cm tall it is in good condition with only a small repaired and repainted chip to the lid rim and the same to the pot rim (see photo 4); the painted decoration is in very good order.
