Antique German Porcelain Strawflower Tea Caddy Jar Lid Porzellan Deckel Germany

A lid for a tea caddy / jar most likely made in Germany. No idea on age as it is not marked. The piece is hand painted with a version of the popular under glaze blue strawflower pattern in a nice dark blue. Nice finial and a ribbed pattern to the paste. Would make a really nice replacement lid for one that is missing its original! The lid is about 1.375 inches tall including the finial and 1.625 inches in diameter. The inside diameter is about 1.375 inches and is about 0.625 inches tall. The piece is in great condition - no issues at all. Strawflowers Strohblumen Strohblume Teedosendeckel Teedose.
