Offered here for your consideration is an a. Ntique Meissen Porcelain Tischchen Muster Tea Caddy. It dates to the late 18th or early 19th century. It is in overall good, as-pictured used estate condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Otherwise, there is some very minor rubbing to the gold, a few fine and light glaze and surface scratches here and there, and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age. The base has a blue underglaze crossed swords factory mark and a roman numeral II. The glaze above the mark appears to have been buffed away and refilled with an epoxy.

This might have been an attempt to obscure the cancellation mark. So this could be a factory second. Please see our other related items.
