Klemm Dresden Hand Painted Watteau Scene Dark Turquoise & Raised Gold Tea Caddy Nice antique porcelain tea caddy. Decorated with a hand painted Watteau / courting couple scene framed by partially raised gold scrollwork on the front and back. With dark turquoise bands with gold lattice / net overlay and gold ovals and scrollwork bands.

Marked on the base RK Dresden Germany in blue. This mark was used by Richard Klemm in Dresden Germany between 1891 and 1914. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 3 1/4 inches wide x 5 1/4 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
