A beautiful vintage Meissen porcelain tea caddy with floral detailing, likely twentieth century. Features delicate, hand rendered polychrome paintings of flower sprigs on each side of the caddy and the cap top, each including different species of flower. 4.75"h (with cap) x 3.25"l x 2w. In good vintage condition, with just light general surface wear, including minimal (if any) decoration loss/fading, perhaps one or two light isolated surface scratches, and a few spots of slight roughness along the caddy's edges (these appear to be areas that were missed during production glazing) - see pictures. Marked on caddy bottom with blue double crossed swords and some other printed/impressed markings.
