Worcester Blue & White Porcelain Tea Caddy, Fence Pattern. Dr Wall Period C1775

  

Dr Wall, first period (1751-82) blue and white Worcester soft paste porcelain tea caddy manufactured C1775. Printed blue under glaze in the fence pattern, floral and garden Chinese like scene with flower on the lid and 2 blue bands to body and rim. Item is in excellent displayable condition 1 very small fleabite to rim of lid 1 or 2 firing faults here and there a small imperfection underglaze to the lower body and a little ware to the glaze also at the bottom of the body otherwise item is in perfect condition no cracks, crazing or restoration. Item stands approximately 12.5cm high and 8.5cm wide.
